I just got a 2008 smart fortwo Pure. My insurance company has listed it as a smart Fortwo CDI. From what I've been able to find, the CDI was the older diesel model. What is the correct model name for the 08?

myne states make as fortw and the model is fortw... so go figure... most insurances dont have it in their computer systems . I think they are insuring the cars on value and cost only.
In Canada my insurance, states it as a CDi as when they tired to do it in the system they only had the past version to use as details.
You might be able to call them back and have the update things if it makes a difference, but the main thing is always the VIN number to the insurance companies.
