Has anyone experienced a problem with MHD when stopped uphill?
As you know when speed drops below 10km/h MHD kicks in; if you stop completely and you are uphill, when you lift your foot from the brake to press the gas the car should start again.

I agree with Sallie about moving fwd an inch then reversing again.
Also you should make sure the brake is fully pressed and the car is completely stopped before you engage R.
