I live in Lancaster, PA. I'm not sure where the nearest dealer is going to be to me, but I hope close :)

there's a dealer in pittsburgh, pa (4709 baum blvd) my dealer is 35 miles away from me and quite useless, i called the parts dept asking about a dash plate to install a radio, the lamers never got back to me. i went on e-bay and ordered the part from some guy in the UK!

you're better off with germantown, md 55 miles away. i'm sure the smart center there will contact you.

you can go to www,smartusa.com and click on "locate a dealer" there is a map of available smart dealers that gives you the contact information for each one.

I am in Grand Forks, ND and the nearest dealer (Bloomington, MN) is about 5 hours away. I hope I don't need warrenty work!

I live in Ft. Lauderdale. There are 3 dealers here in SE Florida, Weston (Rick Case, my dealer, about 30 minutes west), one in Coral Gables (Miami) and one in Palm Beach.

I live in Mobile and the only dealer in 'bama so far is in Birmingham. Needless to say, I'll be changing my OWN oil!

the older smarts '98-07 need the old oil sucked out the dip stick tube, someone on e-bay is selling oil pans with magnetic drain plugs. we just got whacked with 16" of snow here in the last few days, supposed to get rain and 40F the next few days. i'll go look at my smart in a few days to see what's underneath (it's at my dad's house until i dispose of my benz) smart has recommended 10,000 mile service intervals (when resetting the trip meter, i ran across the service interval display and that read 9,900 miles) i was talking to the new owner of the oil quick-change place and he said if it has oil he'll service it! i might go with 5,000 mile oil changes, i'm sure it's got synthetic oil.

I am in Nottingham UK where we have a really strong and lively Smart Scene. The local club -DAFT- organises runs and meetings around the UK and abroad - Off to France in the summer. We meet up with European clubs - Meeting some French owners in April. Great to read of you guys over the pond!

Not much is close to Vero Beach, FL. My dealer will be in W. Palm, about 78 miles south of me. (They just opened today! Yay!) The next closest is Orlando, which is about 90+ miles northwest of me. Like Lamar from Mobile AL said, needless to say, I'll be changing my own oil too. Hey Lamar....my daughter is at the School of Veterinary Medicine at Auburn....her first year. She loves it, but said it's too cold up there. :-) A real Florida girl. :-)

I am in San Francisco and heard from the Mercedes dealer last week that my little Smart should be here (maybe) next week.
