Does anyone know if we can park the smart for two in only one parking place? I asked to a police woman in Montreal and she answered that we are not allowed to do that, however, I asked the same question to a friend that is a lawyer and he told me that he'd go to the court, once we are paying for the space and we can park ten bikes as well as a huge pick-up, or even 2 smart cars.

There is underground parking close to Metro Hall in Toronto, There are some parking for Smart fortwo, some parking lots can park one regular car and two smart. Regular daypass is around 9 dollar and smart pay 5 dollar.
I do not know if can park two Smart in one parking lot in condo or apartment building.

Thanks for the information. I am in Toronto now and I can tell you that put a smart car and another one at the same parking lot in condo is possible too.
I added the photo that I took yesterday in my friend's place. There were no parking for visits available so I met my smart with her jeep in the same parking lot and no one call us.

I could park my Isuzu FRR and my smart Car in the same parking spot just about any where ! ! With the trailer it takes a longer spot. See photos ! !

I understand that in Victoria, BC that they have parking spots designated for smart Cars only. Victoria is small and has parking problems, so I'm sure this is to encourage the use of smart Cars.
