I understand that in Victoria, BC that they have parking spots designated for smart Cars only. Victoria is small and has parking problems, so I'm sure this is to encourage the use of smart Cars.

Im testing for the EPA on the viability of the diesel in the US. Several changes have been made to the car to see if the car can meet all EPA and AQMD omissions
