Our team offers installation (in our shop) on every item we offer. Due to this and the fact that Rachel and I (Boris) are personally involved in every job we can assure you that the work will be completed to your full satisfaction. In addition, since we are personally involved in every installation we can give you honest feedback (pros/cons/options) on every product if you ask.
We have installed more springs, coil overs, exhausts, cold air intakes, vertical doors, body kits, HIDs, panels swaps, cruise controls, roof spoilers, interiors and etc than anyone! What does this mean? If there is a challenge, we have seen it and have know how to fix it.
When you are purchasing product from us and are choosing to install it yourself you can always give us a call for over the phone assistance. We will get our tech on the phone with you who will assist you if you have a question or need help.
Quality products... We do personal evaluations on every product we offer rather than simply offer a drop ship service of anything that can be sold as a smart related product. If a vendor has a problem with making a quality product and fails to stand behind it when the product fails we end our relationship with the supplier. It is that simple! If you make a product, stand behind if you want us to carry it.
