I recently replaced my alternator because it stopped charging. I removed the negative battery cable to do this job. When I was done and everything was back together I thought all was well. But when I got low on fuel my low fuel level display (5 litres left) did not appear and I almost ran out of fuel. Also the
outside temp displayed Farenheight instead of Celcius.
Has anyone seen this and what do I do?

turn key to ON and let computer come up to par, a few seconds, you will hear all kind of clicks and buzz.
no more noises = OK
now you are ready for touch start, just bump the key and away you go.
turn key to "on"
press brake
run shifter through all gears including manual shifter mode and back to park, take your time, a few seconds in each gear.
see if that works.
You do not have a problem... You turn the key until the engine just starts to crank and let go of the key... The engine will continue to crank until it starts... You do not have to continue to hold the key to the start position once the engine start…
