Hi Jeremy,
I live in Europe, we're more fortunate with our range of models over here. Don't despair though, Daimler-Benz didn't want to take such a big risk with Penske at first but now they really have their work cut out for them on the American market and I'm sure they'll start offering the 84Hp and Brabus versions next year. Don't quote me on this, it's just a personal appreciation of the market success so far.
I was just asking, because I also have a PT Cruiser. I have done most of the northern shoes, includung Cruise the Falls and Maggie's Cruzin Clarion in PA. My PT is for sale for $8,000 obo. I havn't really listed it yet other than some flyers locally. I ran out of things to do to it so I got the Smart. Now I want to do things to the Samrt but I have to get around my warranty on everything. My dealer is really picky. Have you ever delt with Maggie (Race and Street) for the PT parts.
Yes, buy mostlt locally in the tampa and surrounding counties. unfortunately its been gone for about a 1 1/2 yrs. although I still belong to the Tampa Bay PT Cruisers. I traded it in for a 2005 Chrysler 300 with lots of BLING including Bently grill and 22's. I currently have it up for sale for $18000 or OBO which is why I'm driving my orphan. Know anyone interested in a gougeous Silver 300 with lots of chrome?
Hi again,
Wish they were better, but I took some pics just before /during the Monaco qualifying show - in a hurry.
one is an overview of the pair with nice dust covering.
next, a very blurry closeup of the edge I don't like, it has small dimples.
finally, a shot of one I have on my car, with the dimples in red and in black, some huge dry spots that hardly show when installed.
The 150 pair only have small dimples on that edge. The rest are fine.

This comment board is driving me nuts, I can't figure out when stuff appears.

The finish isn't as nice as the newer ones. The sharper edges are tough to get material all the way into so there's a few dry spots here and there.
You can see it when holding them but on the car it all but disappears. You have to look really close to see it.
My pair have this all over, I know its there and can barely see it.
I can get them to you and see what you think.
Post offices open tomorrow up there?

I can send them Canada Post.
Do you want the ones I have for 150 or a new set?
These are drum covers - all carbon, thin/light.
They are $180 but I have a pair made that aren't perfect, but still pretty nice. $150.
