Just got a ticket because my Solo Exhaust was too loud. I don't even have after market headers. So, consider this a second opinion. Definitely, too loud.

The course involves classroom theory, track based application of the theory, review and feedback from the instructors - then repeat.
This company hosts most of the test-drive events for new vehicles in our area - I've been there for several BMW tests - The Mini Challenge, the Clubman and the 1 series.
They are familiar with the 450, 451 and the B-series (one of those is coming to join us as well). The theory and application will be tailored to our cars.
I'm just a member of our CsC car club. I have no intentions of going 'big' with this event, but I hope we inspire other chapters to do the same. It was actually brought up by a local smart/Mercedes performance tuner friend of mine ( Eddy at www.flyingtiger.ca), but I ended up running with it after researching the options.
Does your course cover understanding the mentioned topics (braking, collision avoidance,etc) specifically in a smart, with its unique handling characteristics, or is this generically about dealing with such issues in any car? I assume it's about driving a smart, but your posting is a little ambiguous on this point. Do you plan on taking your show on the road? There are plenty of physical facilities in other parts of Canada and the US that could serve your purpose, and make attendance possible for people thousands of mile from BC.
