Info on Custom Passion Emblems

I just got back from the Midwest Smart Rally. While there, I saw several cars that had custom made Passion emblems made (the ones next to the mirrors) Apparently, there is a website that makes them up to whatever you want them to say. Nobody could remember off hand where they were made. Does anyone know the website?
