I would check out the chapter/region section on SCOA (www.smartcarofamerica.com) and also smartUSAinsider on www.smartusa.com. Click on the full webpage and scroll down and click on smart Insider. You may also be able to find other smart owners in your area that may be interested in forming a chapter.
