The cargo deck mounts to a standard 1 1/4" hitch avaliable from CURT mfg. #11020 and sold by Car Smart Systems through your Smart Center as is the Cargo Deck/Bike Rack/Golf Bag Carrier, and a ton of other neat stuff. The deck is actually bolted through the place the hitch pin goes and needs no stabilization at all. It ships at 41 lbs and weighs only 35 lbs. as the deck is all aluminum. Your SMART CENTERS get plenty of info via email from CAR SMARTR SYSTEMS. 786-218-4738 or this email [email protected].

Hi Stephen !
This luggage carrier is totally amazing. Wish it would fit the m/450 as well. How is it
attached to the car, - any pictures ? On my both cars I have mounted the MDC hitch
with a ss 50 mm ball and the ball pressure is maximated to 35 kg (m/451 is max 45 kg).

Your cargo deck needs some kind of stabilation from a pair of rods attached to the lower
hatch upper edges, - like "Bike Rack Strap", especially if You load Your cargo deck,
- "up to 150 lbs" exclusive 35 lbs (its own weight). At least from my humble opinion ;-)

Anyhow - Your cargo deck/bicycle carrier is BRILLIANT !

Yours, CcL

no idea what's in the box or the luggage. The deck's shipping weight is 41 lbs and nets at 35 lbs without the packaging/bungee straps and bike rack straps. The deck structure is all aluminum, stainless on the vertical post of the bike/golf rack and all parts are powder coated for that hard finish. Will carry up to 150 lbs or 2 bikes or 2 golf bags or whatever else you can strap on. Avaliable through your SMART CENTER.

I would take the two fronts, wheel and tire for 200+, and pay shipping for one and pay packing. keep the second one and post it for 100, if it sells we can split it.
