Does this have some proper stop to rest it on the mounting arm when it's down?
And how about some height adjustment to lift up the end of the arm as required?
Bought a similar one a year ago from USA with a rough filed bit underneath that has dug right through the powdercoating on the mounting arm, and it can't be adjusted and is too darn low for anybody except a midget (which I ain't).
AND it gets stuck in the upright position and has to be really yanked down.
Apart from which, I like it....
Oh and I had one made with the mounting bracket reversed, to fit on the RIGHT seat as I am in the UK. Can you do that? Could be bringing some over for our webshop (www.Smart-Parts-Direct.com)

We do full customizing for this armrest as you can see. We have also made several passenger side armrest also. The height was raised compared to a previous armrest that we were looking at. Our armrest will be close to the height of the armrest on the door. it can be lowered another 3/4" by lower the bolts one notch.
