Why do reporters keep saying it doesn't get good mileage? It gets the highest MPG of any gas powered car.

I picked up my smart at the end of May, 2008. It is a Passion coupe. It currently has 49,750 miles. I’m averaging 44.78 mpg. I have had ZERO problems.

What’s up with this??? Sales are off 60%. Why doesn’t Penske Automotive Group advertise on TV?
