sorry to burst your bubble Forrest... there is no HEPA filter for the smart. it is a carbon filter that filters more of the smells out of the air.. that is all.

Its under the dash on the drivers side.\ up against what normaly would be the fire wall When I got my service at 10K they replaces the simple paper filter with a heafty Heppa filter.
