It's a rainy Friday morning here in Long Beach, CA. My day is a bit packed but I wanted to take a break to see what was going on in the forums. I realized that a lot of our friends (yes, the customers :) are on the forums. I get a smile when I see handles to a name. I know who you are, because I see your orders, I see your fantastic email addresses (some of them are clever!), and last I see your name.
You see... Boris and I try our best to deliver what we feel you deserve, what we feel we deserve when we are a customer. Sometimes, we falter, an email gets pushed down, the phone log gets crazy, but we apologize and recognize where we screwed up. The community however, has always been forgiving and I just want to say thank you. Thank you for being there, thank you for supporting us, and for making our investment so exciting and fun.
The passion (no pun intended) that comes across the phone (the phone is ringing!) ok back, just makes it so worthy for me. I enjoy talking to you, trying to figure out what we can do to make your driving experience with your smart, that much more fun and unique. We started this business because we love cars, more so, we love our smart. We knew we couldn't be the only ones and we're so d@mn happy that we aren't alone. So that's it. Just a thanks... nothing more. Just thanks from me (SmartGurl) Rachel to you- our friends. You Rock.
